Carol Monnerat LLC Artisan Truffles,founded in 2008,  evolved from Chef Carol's highly praised catering business in which she met the growing demand for her skills as a pastry chef. At that time, Chef Carol discovered her biggest passion: chocolate and its transformation into truffles.

In Chef Carol's tradition, all products are hand crafted from start to finish.  They are exclusively made from the finest Belgium chocolate along with other pure ingredients.  They contain no added preservatives or artificial flavorings of any kind.  They are made in the French artisanal tradition crafting small batches without the use of industrial equipment.
